playing tracker at Hartlebury Common

The pupils enjoyed taking part in a tracking competition as they worked in pairs to track and catch their peers before they got to base. As they pupils were hiding one of them said that they had seen " a bull". After playing a few games the pupils split into two groups as some of the pupils went for a walk around Hartlebury Common and the others stayed to dig in the sand and collect leaves and sticks. One of the pupils said they were making "a Vietnamese trap like they did in the Vietnamese time". The pupils worked together to create the base of the trap as they used big sticks to scoop the sand into little piles and after covered it over with the sticks and leaves they had collected. One of the pupils took charge by partaking the role of instructing their peers of what to find.
